I had the pleasure of working with Tony to purchase my first home. Tony is a seasoned veteran and has been working full time in the real estate industry for over 10 years. As a first time home buyer myself, Tony was extremely patient and gave very thoughtful answers to my endless mountain of questions. After our first phone call, I knew instantly that Tony was the right man for the job. He is very responsive and will work his schedule to fit whatever is convenient for you.

The best ways to reach Tony would be through email or text but he is always just a phone call away for anything urgent. Personally, I preferred to email Tony a list of properties I am interested in and he would do his research and reply with his own detailed thoughts of each property. Additionally, Tony also signed me up for his multiple listing service (MLS). The properties shown on the MLS aren't much different from the ones shown on Zillow or Redfin but the advantage here is that Tony's MLS allows me to see up-and-coming properties not yet listed anywhere else. Tony will also ask for your specific wants and needs and personalize the MLS filter to automatically notify you for new properties that match your criteria

On showing day, Tony was able to schedule us for multiple showings back to back. He arrived to the property early and did his own walkthrough to check everything first. Once we arrived, Tony shared his insights on the property and gave us space to look around. Tony has a very keen eye and caught many small details that I would have never thought of. His valuable insights helped narrow down my list to the property I wanted to purchase.

Once I figured out the property I wanted and the price I wanted to pay, Tony provided a very modern experience for the purchase. Every form was shared over DocuSign. I really enjoyed this because I could review and sign all my documents at my own leisure. The forms were prepared perfectly and I did not find a single mistake.

After my offer was accepted, Tony kept me well informed about every step in the process. I followed his recommendation for his professional network of home inspectors and was very impressed with the attention to detail provided. I ended up with a 64 page inspection report detailing every issue on the property. Using this, Tony was able to negotiate with the seller to get everything fixed.

After all this was said and done, I was able to purchase my home in perfect condition and for a great price. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Tony. He made the entire process of purchasing my home stress-free, straightforward, and fast. I am saddened that I wont be in regular contact with Tony after our purchase but I wont hesitate to work with Tony again in the future. Tony and I still stay in touch after closing and he is available for any questions or offer references to his trusted network of professionals

My husband and I are very fortunate to meet Tony Ma. After only 3 months of house hunting, my husband and I are officially proud homeowners!

It was important that my husband and I stayed within our budget and find something that met our needs. Tony did just that. He was proactive and actively searched for properties that fit our wishes. First time home buyer and I am very grateful that Tony was able to be my agent. When I first met with him, I was able to tell that he cared for his customers as he didn't try to rush me into any house. He listened to my situation and worked with what was best for me.

Tony actively sent me listings within my budget and showing me the houses that I was interested in. He worked around my schedule and consistently communicated no matter what time of the day it was. One thing that stood out from Tony is that he wouldn't rush you into buying a house. He would explain his reasons on the issues with certain houses and it would be my choice to take it into consideration. The whole process of finding a house took about two months but it was definitely worth it. His advice made me look at house shopping in a different perspective, especially as a first time home buyer.

Once I found the house, he was able to negotiate the asking price to a price that I was more than happy with. But that didn't end there, the seller's agent provided their inspection reports to us but Tony wasn't satisfied so he set up an appointment to have his recommend inspectors come out. When they were finished, there were other issues wrong with the house that was able to get negotiated from our closing cost.
