Very disappointed with the quality!! They completely butchered the steaks!!!! Asked for 3/4 inch steaks and I got maybe a centimetre. See the pics. Hopefully these aren’t the only ones like this..

Picked up a half cow for myself and a quarter for my buddy and the service was awesome and the price was so good we drove over from Alberta. Special thanks to the smaller guy who works there that took the time to rewrap a few cuts for us.

They do a great job cutting and wrapping...but darn, they've gotten way too expensive. We're going to do our own from now on. The 2 stars are based on the price not the service. Service is great.
