Arrived and was seated by the toilets in back area.
Ordered drinks these took about 15 to 20 minutes to show up.

Waited about half an hour to 35 minutes for someone to come and take an order after placing the order, the starters took a very long time to come out we had one of the waiters come out and say apologies for the delay and the food will be out soon.

This progressively got worse we waited an hour and 45 minutes for our starters to come out. I spoke to 2 different members of staff.

When the mains came out one was missing two items the other was cold. By this point I no longer wanted any other food or for them to remake it.

The staff seemed very focused on the tables upstairs however the tables downstairs they did not sit in too concerned about complained many times to a female behind the bar about the lack of service and time it had been for our food even when we received our food it took 21 minutes to do a check back.

Would not recommend on a Friday night they seem very overwhelmed for the menu they’re offering.

The waiter who is dealing with a total did come back a few times after I sent my entire pizza back because it was stone cold when it came out who tried to make amends however it was too late for this and by this time at night just ready to go home.

We had an amazing evening here. It is lovely family run restaurant with Italian feel, really nice. I highly recommend, you won’t regret if you visit. Service was outstanding, food was fabulous. Great team there

Had high expectations but sadly let down.

Service was ok though a little slow. Staff were friendly.

For the starter my wife ordered the Insalate Tricolore. The cheese was very dry and the entire dish had been covered with about half a jar of pesto - no subtlety here! The scallop dish was tasty though a bit of colour on them would have helped.

For the mains the Linguine Porto was bland and unseasoned. I could not detect any garlic at all. My wife had the sea bass and it was again pretty bland.

The highlight of the meal was a decent Chilean Merlot although this was £27. I doubt we’ll return.

I recently ordered a takeaway from l'olivo and it was a great experience. The food was delicious with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The pizza crust was perfectly crispy, and the pasta was well-prepared. The packaging kept everything warm, and the collection was on time. The service was excellent—friendly and efficient—and the prices were very reasonable for the quality. Overall, a fantastic Italian takeaway at a great price!

That's a cute Italian inspired restaurant, with a mix of British and Italian cuisine. Really nice and fresh ingredients cooked beautifully. The atmosphere is on the cozy side, especially now during Christmas. Really good service overall.

Lovely place where we held our works Christmas do. Easy to book our table of 8 online. Attentive staff, nice ambience & nice food. Good little addition to Biggleswade.

Very attractive decor, exceptional service, and delicious, unusual dishes at a reasonable price. We have been for a meal twice with a large group, once upstairs and once downstairs, and the food was served hot and all at once - quite a feat! Our party are all keen to return on their own, and we look forward to returning as a couple. The only negative is the position, with a view of the Aldi carpark and the Bingo hall, bit the attractive Christmas decorations in the window masked this. Thanks to L'Olivo Biggleswade for a memorable meal.

Ordered a take away for my son's birthday, went and collected the food, food was not even warm at all, spent over £120. Opened the order and one Pizza was missing, birthday boy pizza missing, unbelievable. Rest of the food was cold and now had to wait for the missing order. Called them, didn't think person handled it properly. Went round to ask and said come back in 20 minutes, everyone's food was already cold and now had to drive back and collect the missing pizza. Staff didn't mention anything until my son said this is a real inconvenience and we had to say at least give us something, like a discount or or a dish, we had to mention the inconvenience. Went and collected the pizza, then they gave us a 25% card for next time. Why didn't they just give us the 25% straight away. Now they expect us to return back to get the discount after we received this kind of service and cold food.
