Le MA STRENGTH SEMINAR LEVEL 1 sur les techniques du chinese Weightlifting a été une véritable révélation! Pendant deux jours, nous avons bénéficié de l’immense savoir de Manuel, de ses compétences de coach, de son regard professionnel et de sa pédagogie. Ce week-end de séminaire m’a non seulement permis de débloquer certains aspects de mes différents lifts mais m’a offert une nouvelle perspective et une nouvelle façon d’appréhender l’haltérophilie. Je le recommande à absolument toute personne souhaitant se former, améliorer sa technique et s’ouvrir à une méthode unique!

Le cours MA STRENGHT Level 1 chinese weightlifting était une experience incroyable. Nous sortons de ce cours avec un bagage supplémentaire dans la compréhension des mouvements de weightlifting façon chinese. Ce cours de deux jours nous a permis de progresser efficacement sur tous nos lifts !
Je recommande ce cours à tous, coach ou pratiquant... confirmé ou débutant !

C’est un livre extrêmement beau visuellement et le tout est très bien expliqué et vulgarisé pour voir les erreurs et comment les corriger en haltérophilie. Je le recommande fortement à tout athlète ou coach œuvrant en haltérophilie.

I have attended the Ma Strength Seminar Level 1 San Diego early 2018 and Summer Camp 2019 in Changsha China. The level 1 seminar was so informative and professional. I have attended other weightlifting seminars and this one in my opinion blows the others out of the water. And it is more affordable. The other ones were still informative and interesting but Manual is more clear with explanations and breaks it down to the simplest form and makes it easy to understand. I was hooked instantly.

I was so impressed with the seminar that about one year later I attended the Summer Camp in Changsha China, Hunan Province. This camp was life changing. About 14 or 15 lifters, crossfitters, coaches from all levels and from other countries were emerged into a weightlifting culture that is not commonly seen by the outside world. We were able to train along side these athletes and train how they train. The energy, the discipline, and the strength of these athletes. The most amazing part was that were kids that ranged from around 9 to 25 and it was mind blowing how good they were!!! Their coaches were retired well known champions!! With the help of Ma and Manual we were able to attend this awesome experience.

We trained like they did and we got to interact and learn their methods of proper lifting technique and recovery. It was amazing but it was also very difficult haha. For me I learned a lot about what I need to do to correct my form and become a much better lifter. However it is up to me to apply new methods and delete bad habits. Discipline. Don’t settle for bad form. I learned so much about the Chinese culture and about the lifting. I also made some life long friends.

If you get a chance to go to one of these camps I can promise that you not be disappointed.

I First started training in weightlifting 20 years ago to improve my strength and explosive power, having trained under a number of coaches and eventually qualifying as a weightlifting coach, my training came to a plateau as time went past.

After Traveling and training in different methods, I came across Ma Strength. I wasn't convinced I would learn or see anything different.

Following a 3 day course with co founder Manuel Buitrago I soon understood that the Chinese style of weightlifting was very unique and effective.

Under Manuel Buitragos expert guidance I started to apply his methods and can feel different in every step of the lift. Slowly but surely with practice I feel my technique getting better and stronger.

If you have interest in weightlifting I cannot recommend MA Strength enough, it is a must for all weightlifters or sports individuals looking to better there technique.

Manuel Buitrago is by far one of the best I have come across in the sport, to have Manuel present and correcting each step of the lift is priceless. A MUST for all weightlifters.
