I’ve only lived in Dripping Springs for 6 months, and in that time I’ve become a loyal customer of L&L Automotive! I’ve received great customer service - from the General Manager to the auto mechanics who have worked on my car at affordable prices. The staff is professional, friendly, talented, and most importantly, great mechanics! They work quickly and have done a great job explaining issues with my Honda CR-V to me. I’ve never felt like I’m being upsold. Big shout out to Angel C. for his work on my car, and to Richard, the GM, for running a great shop! I highly recommend L & L automotive (my mom is a customer, too!).

Took my vehicle in for the inspection for registration as well as to go over a few items the dealership recommended I do to my vehicle (2023 SUV w/ 26k miles). Brian at the desk walked me through everything, what he felt I should do and what probably wasn't needed. Honestly it was a great experience. Didn't feel pressured to do any services, and his recommendations made sense. Plus, they got everything done within a day and at a price much cheaper than the dealership. I plan on taking my vehicle there for pretty much anything from now on.

Honesty is EVERYTHING and these people must be pretty honest. My grandson drives a Nissan Altima and has a leek in his exhaust manifold. He needs to get his car inspected so he has to get that fixed first. He took it to a different automotive place and they not only lied to him about things wrong with his car, but we’re going to charge him an outrageous price!!!!!
He ended up taking his car to L&L Automotive today and they are only charging him around 150.00. He just called to let me know this information and is so happy he can get his car fixed for a reasonable price. Thank you L&L for being honest.

I wanted let everyone know how awesome you all are. I arrived on Monday before Thanksgiving and my hood on my 2017 Lexus Rx would my close. I Looked like I was going to cry as I had been to two other automotive places said it could not be fixed for 2 weeks.
It's the only car I have! When I walked in I told Richard about the problem and he said let me take a look. He repaired it so I could go home and relax. I wanted to thank you all so much. Any repairs that I need I will take my vehicle to you all. Thank you all for making my day & taking time out of your busy day to help me!!!

I brought my 65 Mustang to L&L that was in BAD shape from another Austin restoration shop who failed to complete any work that they started. L&L has a small section of their normal business that is dedicated to classic cars like mine. They got my car in pretty quick and went to work, they found many errors and concerns that the other shop overlooked, corrected them and finished rebuilding my engine. They got my car running in a pretty quick timeframe and I finally feel comfortable taking it home. I am so thankful, especially for Don and Richard's hard work to help us out of a bad situation. If you need a shop that you can trust, i would 100% recommend them. They are honest, great communicators, very clear with expectations and prices and are happy to have you stop by and chat and check on progress every step of the way. All of these things in my experience, can be hard to come by. Thank you again for everything.

These guys are good! Had a check engine light on before a long trip a few months ago. Ryan was the first to help, assuring me it was not an emergency situation. After my trip, I returned to the shop for them to fully diagnose. They did, but Brian discovered the part was on back order. I began losing hope the part would never arrive, but eventually it did. Brian and team then got me fixed up quickly once they had the part. They even made sure it was covered under my warranty. Big thanks to Ryan, Brian and the shop crew. Never want to go to an automotive shop, but if I need to L&L is the place to go.
