I recently replaced two air conditioning units (both indoor and outdoor) and a 75-gallon Bradford White water heater through L&B Universal. I'm thoroughly enjoying a very satisfying summer despite the heatwave. From start to finish, the company president provided friendly and trustworthy service, even for a demanding customer like myself. I've had a problematic AC unit from the time it was installed by my homebuilder in 2011 (one of two units). It had a slow evaporator leak that was supposedly fixed under warranty but the slow leak persisted. I watched some YouTube videos and learned to top off the refrigerant every couple of years or so. Over the last two years I started getting quotes to replace the whole unit because I didn't want to replace it when it was completely broken and be at the mercy of an HVAC company during a heat wave. L&B Universal gave me the best price on a 15 seer Carrier unit. Besides the best price, Michael impressed me because he was the only estimate guy who said my current outdoor mounts were perfectly fine and didn't need to be replaced. He even told me they're better than the new ones because the metal was thicker on my current mounts. Nearly every other company said I needed new mounts. So, the best price and no unnecessary components. The installers were right on time and took the exact amount of time Michael said they would take and left everything spotless. These folks are solid.

L&B Universal took care of my HVAC replacement that my Home Warranty Insurance failed to repair. In fact, my home warranty insurance refused to cover for the total repair or replacement so I ended up canceling it and went with L&B Universal. I had to get a new air conditioner this year and I was so satisfied with the job L&B did. They explained all my options and gave me really good advice as to which parts of the HVAC I needed to replace. We went with an option that would have saved me so much headache in the future bc of the layout of my house & they gave a good price. When the crew arrived everyone was really respectful & they finished the job with no issues. My air conditioning works great and so happy to have it for the summer!

L & B Universal recently installed two new AC/furnace systems and a gas water heater for us. We are happy with the quality of work and how quickly the entire project was completed. Staffs are professionals and engineers are very knowledgeable. We were amazed by the engineers team work.
If you are in the market to purchase new AC/Furnace or a new water heater do not look anywhere else!
