I recently took my Honda Civic to J&L Automotive for a tie rod repair, two new tires, and an oil change, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and completed the work in a timely manner. They thoroughly explained the repairs and gave me peace of mind knowing my car was in good hands. My Civic drives smoother than ever now, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance needs. Highly recommend!

J&L is very efficient and honest!! Had wonderful service and grateful for their honesty. We had both of our vehicles needing repairs at the same time. They fixed them in a timely way and saved us money where they could. Highly recommended!

It hurts to write that a once great place can fall short. But it has. John has apparently focused more on weekends at the track to undermine his own caring employees. I’ve had many vehicles go in and out but once I brought an older 70s truck in that only John could touch.. the carburetor, he left it spewing fuel and completely missed the mark for his scope of work, stern it was not fixable without a complete EFI updating, which costs a growing number. It was fixed in a single weekend at another shop though it spent almost two months at J&L. The era of this shop has ended. After picking up said vehicle and seeing the damage done to its exterior, which is not covered by any shop… it’s safe to say this: I hope Brant takes over. John isn’t there, Lisa is tired. They both have a beautiful kitchen they can retire to. Sell it off and let Blue shine… it’s time for Blues Automotive. John has has let vehicles be neglected and even further hurt. Let. Blue. Shine.

great job they do there. My wife and I bought our car from them less than a month ago and we are pleased with the car and the service we received. Definitivamente no recomíendo te cobran más que un dealer $300 solo para instalar un alternador y en este caso yo trayendo la pieza. Increíblemente alto precio.
