Not sure why everyone is having bad experiences with this company. I ordered a car part from a website that uses go logistics courier services and from the moment I was told it was shipped to the moment it arrived was less than 24 hours. Bloke who dropped it off was very friendly (although I didn’t catch his name) but all in all a good experience.

5 Stars or more if I could. I am a regular sender with Go Logistics. I had a special delivery going from Glenhaven to Thornton on Friday 24th May. Courier picked up on time and Newcastle Driver collected it ready for Friday delivery.

At 430pm when I realised the delivery had not been made, I contacted Teneesha asking what was happening and I advised that this package was for a funeral service on Saturday morning.
Teneesha contacted the Newcastle depot, unfortunately, some sort of emergency happened with the Newcastle driver (out of their control) and his deliveries would be delayed.

Teneesha advised Wayne of the urgency of the package, and he advised he would get the package off the driver on his way home and deliver it himself after hours. Teneesha advised she would take my mobile number home with her and get updates from him and keep me posted.

I received a message to say delivery had been made. Delicious Buds, my customer and the receiver where relieved that Go Logistics worked above and beyond on this special delivery.

Thank you, for taking care with my perishable, fragile goods and when issues do arise going above and beyond with your customer service. Teneesha you ROCK!!!!

Good and fast delivery.
Next day of the shipment they tried to deliver in the morning. We were not at home. Since I called the service center that it was urgent, the driver came in the afternoon to deliver the cargo.
