Absolutely disgusting.
I sent a few orders via Fedex Cross Border. None was delivered. Tried contacting CS a few times. Noone bothered to reply. They say I have a manager allocated to me but phone calls or emails are not answered.
Inexistent customer support, inexistent delivery service, orders are lost, returned without a reason and lost on the way back, delayed, CS does not care about you or your problems. Standard reply is - your order is lost, file a claim, they don't even try to investigate and find it. Got lucky a few times and received a response from random people in the company but everyone gives different information like nobody knows who is doing what in the company. only finance department know its job - they send invoices in time:)))
Just stay away from this courier. Absolutely insane.

Worst service ever. We ordered for some stuff from the UK to Australia. We have been trying to get hold of someone to update us on what is happening but to no avail. The delivery time has passed, and when we track our package, it still states that it has been in Sydney for the past five days.
I called their US main office, and a rude lady couldn't assist. She just said, email us. Which they know, they will not respond. Please don't use their service. They are scammers.

Failed to deliver my package, didn't answer my emails and when they did they told me I contacted the wrong department and gave me an email that I never got a response from. After seeing all these reviews, I wonder if they've ever delivered a single package. This company is a complete scam! If you have ordered anything that they are responsible for shipping don't expect them to deliver it to you. If I could give them a negative number of stars I would! Thankfully the company I ordered the package from were really helpful and they are gonna send me a new one using another courier.

Terrible people on the phones they're very inconpitant. No tracking info. They tell the systems are down. They say will investigate and email you results and nothing. No package delivered. This company is a fraud. Consumers BEWARE. DO NOT USE.

Ordered my package 12 days ago. Can’t track my order, the order number doesn’t work. It is shipping literally from one state over and I have no idea where my package is. Last update was that it still waiting for a carrier pickup after 12 DAYS. This is actually unbelievable. The website I ordered from said it would take up to 6 days.

After 15 days my parcel didn't even leave the country it was shipped from. Useless website, tracking number is not recognized anywhere else. Customer support is very limited, one email a day.

UPDATE: Another week went by, still no update or refund.

UPDATE 2: I got refunded after weeks by my seller, package is lost. Avoid.

Most infuriating system. Sites don't work, no update before 10 business days (shipment supposed to arrive at 7 max), spent half a month wondering if my package was actually in shipment. So bad its not even funny. Also one of the tracking sites will just not load.

WARNING. This service is disgusting, NEVER use it. They never update the tracking, they don't have a phone number, when you contact them via email they keep saying things like "we are not aware that there is any concerns with that lane but we have raised the investigation with this particular item"

That is a lie, they will keep telling you that and never give you a real answer of where is the parcel or what has happened to it. I was sent a parcel a month ago and still no news, it has been stuck somewhere while these useless people tell you that they are not aware of any concerns with that lane. DISGUSTING. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE CLOSED.
