Highly recommend this company!! Toby has been over the top amazing. I had no idea what I was doing when it came to importing a very large shipment from China. I've never dealt with customs and didn't even know where to begin. I called and asked for some guidance and was walked through every step. They even offered the customs brokerage services, which saved me a lot of time trying to find this service. He has been in direct communication from the moment I reached out after receiving their invoice for unloading the shipment. When I order again, I will certainly request that the shipper uses this company because it has been such an easy process and honestly I was very nervous knowing I just spent thousands of dollars on a order and had no idea what was going to happen after that moment. All I knew if that it would arrive in Houston. He has a way of helping and guiding you so you don't feel so lost with the whole process. I pick up on Friday and feel very confident that everything is ready to go and I know every step, which was a huge relief.
