Big white guy (front desk middle seat) in office has got no sense of talking, always looks angry and rude. Been there couple of times. Other employees are so professional and respectful. Except that guy, need to learn work ethics and professionalism.

Your New Zealand operation would have to be the biggest circus I have seen in recent times. The delays in getting product is hours. Our truckers have had to sit out there for 3 hours in the past. This week it was two hours. This adds to costs and is unproductive. There is no ability to book slots to pick up. There is no web cam to even take a look at to see if the site is busy. Worst of all, you make drivers wait hours (and I really do mean HOURS) and you do not provide toilet facilities for their use. UNBELIVABLE! Any company that chooses to use your services in NZ is doing so to their own detriment. For future LCL imports, I will be asking shippers who they are using in NZ to devann and distribute freight, and if it is ACFS, I will not be shipping with them. I am not kidding, this operation as it stands is a disgrace. I will be happy to review if they sort their business out but for now, avoid like the plague.

Today I had a pick up scheduled, my paperwork was apparently incomplete, they do not accept e-mails or fax. Staff here are rude and in my case way over the top informing me I am barred permanently they are on a power trip.STAFF NEED TO BE TOLD THAT I AM A CUSTOMER AND SHOULD BE TREATED THAT WAY. If you don't need to be there stay away. Personally I couldn't give a toss if I never returned

I hate going to this depot to pick up stuff. Sometimes they are good. You have to expedite the express lane 3 PKG or less to the trucks outside the depot cueing on the street. My trucks spend hours waiting in the cues to get in to pick up 3 pkgs or less and person at the boomgate is unaware of this policy which results in confrontations with staff & other truckers, truck go arounds, and ends of costing thousands of dollars to the end customer. Dangerous truck drivers who try and kill other people on the road, mixed with managers and High up officials that have no care for public saftey. Since ACFS Port logistics want to continue to be negligent. Reports are being made to the Authorities.
