I recently had an unfortunate experience with Imperium Marketing Group and feel compelled to share my disappointment to prevent others from falling into the same trap. From start to finish, my encounter with this company was marked by deceit, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism.

To begin with, they charged me upfront without delivering on their promises. It became apparent that their so-called "efforts" were nothing more than a facade to hold my money hostage. Instead of addressing the numerous issues I raised, they provided subpar work and failed to follow through on their initial agreement to provide a refund if I was dissatisfied.

Furthermore, their customer service was abysmal. I had reached out with specific questions about an article, only to be met with evasive responses and a complete disregard for my concerns. It is evident that they lack the integrity and competence to fulfill their obligations and engage in genuine business practices.

As a fellow professional in the consulting and sales industry, I find their conduct absolutely unacceptable. If I had treated my clients the way they treated me, I would have promptly rectified any mistakes and promptly refunded their money. However, Imperium Marketing Group demonstrated a complete lack of accountability and instead tried to upsell me on additional services, further exacerbating the issue.

In summary, my experience with Imperium Marketing Group has left me feeling swindled, deceived, and utterly dissatisfied. I caution anyone considering their services to think twice and look elsewhere for a more reputable and trustworthy company. It is disheartening to see such unethical behavior in the business world, and I hope that this review serves as a warning to others.

These guys are nothing but CON ARTISTS, and a time where I I have limited funds & needed to boost my company, when I was ready to put some thing out there into the world. not only did they fail to provide anything that they promised. They ignored me for weeks. After asking for help probably the 8th time, I asked for my money back. Trying to upswell, they submitted back to me an Inaccurate ChatGPT written robotic article practically about somebody else. Like they didn’t even read what I wrote them.
With no refund, no help, I’m trapped. Hundreds of dollars down the drain. Better to go to fiver and waist your money there, at least then your waisting less.
These guys cost a lot, for no result.
I’m down hundreds of dollars.

In today's world where there seems to be an inordinate amount of unethical behavior, it was a tremendous experience in dealing with Imperium Marketing. They were forthright and honest with their execution and managing our expectations to achieve a successful campaign.
