Terrible logistics company- see photos! We had a shipment arrive with a horrendous mold infestation. The company would not respond to any enquiries made about the issue. We needed to have ticket number to have any chance with Alibaba. No response was provided. Shipment is a total loss.

Our business had a very disappointing experience with this logistics company. Our items were delivered in a damaged condition, which is completely unacceptable. It’s extremely frustrating to receive products that are not in the condition we expected. On top of that, there was no way to contact their customer service for assistance, making it even harder to resolve the issue, it’s frustrating to feel ignored as a customer, especially when you're dealing with damaged goods our business would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable delivery services and we won’t be using them again in the future.

Absolutely rubbish company. Once the parcel was abandoned on the street. The second time, the recipient was not sure when the parcel was delivered and someone had to be home during the 4-day waiting period. The high air freight cost resulted in the parcel being lost. Disgusting company and service attitude. The delivery man tried to make the recipient pay tens of dollars more.绝对垃圾的公司 一次把包裹丢弃在街道上，第二次不确定具体时间确通知要求收件人长达4天的等待期内必须家里有人，高额的空运费用换来的是包裹丢失。令人作呕的公司和服务态度，送货员试图使收件人另外支付几十澳元。

Horrible company. My parcel arrived to Brisbane port 32 days ago and finally after a long wait I got delivery date sms for 19.09 and it's now 24.09 and there is no way for me to contact this company as they don't have a working phone number or reply to emails. Never ever use them, better paying extra money to reputable shipping providers and saving yourself some nerves and valuable time.

The worst ever logistic companies！ Air freight the goods for urgency, the goods hold in Top Logistics Bankstown. 6 days later now still no news of my shipment. Only a tracking number but TOLL said this company hasn't booked for pick up! Phone call just hang up. Email just reviewing! So frustrating and wasting my time! 1 Star is too generous!

Had no end of trouble with this company and did not receive my package in the end. When trying to contact them the phone-in constantly hangs up, had to contact via email only to be told sorry we only liaise with the sender and can't help you. I should have realised something was suspicious when every tracking update is posted at the exact same time or when I received the info for the secondary courier only to be told by that company they received the tracking details but not the package. An absolutely appalling company to deal with DO NOT USE
