Absolutely atrocious rep service by Betsy at the Orlando airport. I was using flair airlines on dec 26 and they have a baggage restriction for sizing. I pushed my bag to fit the sizing. Admittedly the first time I did it - it did take a significant push. Hence I removed some stuff to allow for the bag to go through. Betsy kept engaging with other folks including her colleagues while I put the bag in - and would repeatedly ask me to pull out the bag and show it to her that it slides in smoothly. If I even touched the bag on the sides she’d complain I need to see it happen in and out smoothly and then go ahead and re-engage with her colleagues. She claimed the policy states that it has to be no touch drop all the way in (for the bag) - but the chains would come in the way. The weight in the bag was literally 2kg. I asked her to show my the policy online or anywhere she can bring it up and she was unable to show it to me - claiming “she knows how it works”. I flew with the same bag from Toronto to Orlando (absolutely no item changed) and the individual didn’t complain - but Betsy repeatedly passive aggressively kept suggesting “it’s not my problem if other folks don’t know how to do their job”.

Eventually removed all my stuff and paid additional money (overweight) to fit everything I could in my large suitcase.

The ridiculousness didn’t end there as they tagged my brother-in-laws fanny pack as a “personal item” . Shameful.

They charge storage for cargo that hasn't fully arrived.
When we are unable to make the customs clearance, due to some pieces not arrived yet, they still only offer 32 hours of free time (despite not being open 24hours) for the partial shipment.
How is it fair we have to pay for this? They are only out for money with no care to the customer. Very disappointing and unethical.

they flew my cargo to Brazil without filled Mantra (Brazilian Customer Service) as every airlines have to do and do when flight cargo to Brazil. And now nobody from Alliance or Latam Cargo want to solve this problem made by themselves. And my cargo arrived in Brazil and Latam Cargo did not filled Mantra again. Theses two are not reliable companies to work.

Probably my worst experience with a freight forwarder. After many years working in logistics I found a company i won't use again. They lost our air freight cargo and it is the worse experience getting my money back for the product and the air freight paid. Stay away from this company.
