Let me tell you a little about my experience at this beautiful place. From the moment you enter, the energy of the place feels incredible. But what I really want to talk to you about is my body pain. My shoulders and neck are the ones that were giving me problems, and I saw an ad and contacted Miss Jamie. She was very kind and scheduled an appointment for me. She is really professional at her job because she was putting pressure on the place where I had the pain. I really avoided moving every time she pressed the place where it hurt to avoid hurting myself. And she did a great job. She is very kind and transmits great energy, just by talking to you and smiling. I really came out like new thanks to her work. I recommend them, do not hesitate to make an appointment with them.

The lady that gave me the massage was really nice and caring! She gave me a few tips to prevent stiff neck and back also. I was able to make a same day appointment which was great. I feel very relaxed after the massage.

I had an amazing experience at L Acupunture! I went in with extremely stiff shoulders from sleeping incorrectly and could barely turn my head, but Jamie worked her magic.
From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and relaxed. Jamie was very friendly and incredibly skilled--she tailored the massage to focus on my problem areas, She knew exactly which muscle groups to target and the massage was just the right amount of pressure i needed.
The cupping therapy and herbal mask also helped me detox and relax all my shoulders. The combination of all three was so effective that after my session, I could feel my entire back was instantly relaxed and not as stiff.

I purchased their package and have been going every week since!

I returned to L Acupuncture and Pain Center for a second visit after having the best massage of my life during my initial experience. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t go quite as smoothly.

I called to schedule a one-hour massage at 6:45 PM and arrived on time. However, there seemed to be a miscommunication. Upon arrival, I was quickly ushered into the office of Dr. Zhang, the senior acupuncturist, who must have mistaken me for one of his patients. Despite my attempts to explain that I was there for a massage, he was insistent that acupuncture would be more beneficial.

Reluctantly, I went ahead with the procedure and have to admit it was therapeutic. That said, it wasn’t what I had initially scheduled or expected. After the session, I was notified that I had missed the massage appointment I originally booked.

L Acupuncture and Pain Center offers great services and skilled practitioners, but the language barrier can pose a challenge for non-Chinese-speaking clients. A bilingual receptionist could greatly improve communication and help ensure appointments are properly managed.

The massage is not bad but the masseuse Angela is so annoyingly pushy to add more services that it completely takes away from the experience. She literally tries to sell you stuff for the entire massage, no matter how many times you tell her you’re not interested. I’m paying to relax, not to receive a sales pitch so back off.

Hands down one of the best massages I have ever gotten. I got the $60 with cupping and Chinese herb for $10 add on.. the lady knew the art very well and each movement was made with purpose. The only complaint was a language barrier, but Google translate helps with this issue My back pain went away !! I would come back !

A little hidden gem in Alhambra. Hands down the best place to go for a massage, especially if you have chronic pain. When my boyfriend and I arrived we were asked where we had pain. So I immediately knew that we were at a legit spot and we weren’t going to get generic massages. I have had shoulder tightness for years, and I’ve gone to so many massage places here in sgv. They’re all priced the same, around $60 in this area, for a head/shoulders/neck massage. But this is the best value spot. My massage therapist was the woman who’s also at the front desk. The beginning of the massage was on the chair in the lobby. Then the rest was in the room. I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing because every touch was effective. There wasn’t any wasted time or just rubbing. I have also paid for many Zeel and Soothe massages (over $120 for 60 min), and i think this place is better. They have a membership plan. I bought it ? stop looking, this is the spot.
